Howell Nature Center - Wildlife Rehabilitation Program

Howell Nature Center’s mission is to teach people to live in harmony with wildlife. The Wild Wonders Park provides sanctuary to ~70 Michigan-native wildlife who cannot be released back into the wild due to permanent injuries or conditions.

The Howell Nature Center provides a comprehensive education, recreation, and wildlife facility to individuals and groups. I was able to capture these images through a workshop with professional photographer, Steve Gettle. Howell Nature Center is a non-profit organization funded primarily through environmental education programs, private donations and special events.
